What’s included in every plan?
Every plan includes the full Selflessly platform — employee giving to 1.8M+ verified nonprofits, matching gifts, volunteering with hour tracking, campaigns, Dollars for Doers+, Impact Wallet, Selflessly Score, Reporting Studio, and Phil AI. The difference between tiers is service level, not features.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a discount. You’ll receive a single invoice each billing cycle — no surprise line items.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and your new rate will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Are there per-transaction fees?
No per-transaction charges on any plan. Implementation fees apply to Growth and Enterprise plans and are discussed during your onboarding conversation.
How long does onboarding take?
Starter customers can self-serve and be live in minutes. Growth customers typically launch in 1–2 weeks with guided onboarding. Enterprise onboarding is fully managed and usually takes 2–4 weeks depending on SSO and integration requirements.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. All plans are available on month-to-month terms. We also offer annual agreements with a discount, as well as additional discounts for 2- and 3-year commitments for companies that prefer them.
